Actually I think there might be exceptions....some court dates are avoidable by paying the fine...some require an appearance...can't remember exactly Sent from my kayak....

Infractions don't require an appearance unless you want to appeal the charge....most times it's not worth the time or trouble so most folks go and pay the fine before the court date so they'll be...

An infraction is a very minor penalty....usually just a ticket with no jail time/hefty punishments..... Less severe than a misdemeanor or felony.... Sent from my kayak....
